Town

The demanding tone in Ryuu's voice caused her to instinctively cover her eyes like how a mother would their child during a scary movie. She could still hear the noises though and she began to shake from fear, not the cold. A few tears came from her eyes as the noise quieted down.

Ryuu put the gun in his pocket again and walked to Janis.
"Its time to go." He walked past her still the cold look in his eyes.

Janis opened her eyes and then followed him instinctively without much thought to it. But she was still shaking and she felt really scared since now she knew Ryuu wasn't lying about the whole mob deal. It seemed so silly to her. She didn't even think that those types of people existed anymore. It was all just 'gangs' now. Finally she managed to speak up.

"Hey. Where are we going! What are we doing! What did you do!? Why?!" She said with annoyance and still fear.

"We are going home."
Ryuu took his jacket off and put it on her.
"You got money?" He asked that for hopes to get a bus ride home and not to walk.

"Only like two dollars." she said and got it out of her pocket. It was the money she had left from the mall two days ago. She had kept it with her for the bus since she didn't like walking much in the cold. Now it was just about gone. Luckily her mom sent her an allowance every month that she got from the front office of the school. She still hadn't asked for a cell phone. After she gave him the two slips of paper she frowned.

"What do you mean home?! You need to go to the police or something and tell them what happened! If those mob guys forced you into something like this, you won't get into trouble!"

"The place where we sleep.Duh.And I cant go to the police.I got five dollars so we can get home."
Ryuu took the money out from the pocket when they were in the bus station. A bus would leave soon.

"That's not what I meant." Janis sighed and then sat on the bench. She began picking her nails anxiously. It had been a habit she had tried to quit, but it was hard for her now and she needed something to do. She looked towards a small bush and she plucked a leaf and began tearing it instantly into small pieces. Soon her fingers began to numb but the bus arrived and she followed Ryuu again silently.
