Highschool

*Takenya gasped quickly and tapped a few buttons on her phone, searching for the clock/alarm*

'Yeah! You're right! I do!'

*Takenya giggled and looked up at the teacher, watching as he and Janis spoke*

Janis looked back at her expression and laughed. "I think the administration had a problem with the ear piercing. He had one in yesterday. I doubt he is getting rid of the goatee." she smiled.

*Takenya laughed and texted to her little brother on her cellphone*

'I bought my little brother's phone before I bought mine. My grandma gave us some money when she took us with her to America before my Dad died ...'

"I see..." Janis was drifting off again. It was a part of her fantasies about the chateau coupled with her sleepiness. Sometimes from the back of her mind she would end up drawing a picture of a couple who lived there. It didn't even require thought, it was like a subconscious thing. It always made her feel like she was missing something after wards though. It always felt lonely. In that big of a place, how could she not? She suddenly had an idea.

"Takenya, would you like to have a sleepover. I can invite Ain, and that new girl we just met. It could be a girl's night out...well in. But you get what I mean."

Then Janis regretted the words as soon as she said them. While it was lonely, she felt like she at least wanted to keep the chateau a secret for herself, just a bit longer. She laughed and then shook her head.

"Wait never mind. I'm sorry. I forgot, there is an orientation for the job on Friday and I have to be up early on Saturday. But I hope you get the job as well. Maybe I will go and speak to the manager myself and throw in a good word."

*Takenya watches Janis' lips move, and nods*

'I'm not supposed to leave the house, anyway. I need to watch after my brother. I don't really have any relatives to let babysit him that live here.'

*She laughs*

'I hope I do, too.'

Janis didn't know how she was going to be able to convince the manager of hiring Takenya if she wasn't already chosen. It was completely illegal to hire her in the first place. And Kenya would seriously have to act more adult and look it too if she was going to fool anyone.

"Kenya, how are you going to hold this job and take care of your brother and school?"

Ain was up on the roof sleeping after feeding her cat she doozed off not setting her wrist watch to wake her up though it probably wouldnt have been loud enough to do so. She turned over at the feel of a tongue on her cheek and then turned back when she felt it again. Her cat 'Hikari' was unable to wake her up so she curled up near her head to sleep also. Turning over again onto the cat she hissed at her scratched her face yet ain stayed sleep with a mark over her nose. The cat sat up looking at her with a sweatdrop.

*Takenya shrugged to Janis, not really giving a care*

'I've done a million things in one day, so, I'm pretty sure I can do all of those.'

*She giggled and hopped up onto her feet, flipping her cellphone closed after she set the alarm for each day and patting her butt, making all the dirt from the ground disappear from her skirt*

Flash.
Corina ran through the hallways, being chased by the Gym teacher.
She'd accidently knocked over his perfect ball pyramid in the storage room, not knowing it was special, and soon she had him on her tail and in her shadow.

"Come back here!" he yelled, managing to keep at her pace.

"I'm sorry, sir! I'm so sorry! I didn't think-"

"It was a friggen' ball pyramid! of course it was special!"

"I'm sorry!" Corina cried again, still sprinting, panting.

*Takenya watched the girl and the gym teacher run, blinking curiously*

'Huuhh ... What's goin' on over there?'

-as they run by they knock his lollipop onto the ground- meh lolli...-he looks up watching them-

-he screams "get em Coach" as he points and laughs-

Corina darted and suddenly rammed into Takenya, kncocking her over, hardly knowing what had just happened.
She stepped off of Takenya with her hands over her face.

"I'm sorry, so sorry, miss!" Corina held out her hand, wanting to help her up.

Janis watched with boredom and only slight amusement. She had been wanting to find Ain to find out if she had gotten the job. She was surprised to find the school so lively at that time in the morning, but she just shrugged it off and went down each of the halls to find Ain and see if she was there. When she couldn't find her, Janis went to look on the grounds, the courtyard, the gym, the commons, and finally the roof where she found her.

"Hey! Three you are. I've been looking for you." she smiled, "Did you get the job?"

-Walks down the halways with his hand behind his head whistling to himself seeking amusement-

The first ten minute bell ran and Janis turned around to the door of the school. "Ain, I'll talk to you later okay." She opened the door and sprinted down the stairs nearly tripping. She had completely lost track of time. She stumbled a bit at the bottom stair but caught herself.

*Takenya grabs the girl's hand, giggling and nodding, lifting her ownself up onto her own feet, not letting the girl do any of the lifting work*

'It's okay.'

*She giggles and smiles happily*

Setsuka walks down the halls with her head down. Her hair falls into her face a little more with each step untill it can't any more. She stops and looks up looking around the halls.

After standing up again from the fall, something that she worried would leave a rather large red mark on her cheek, Janis looked around for a clock. She then stopped the person in front of her.

"Oh wait. Do you have a clock. I can't see anyone near here. I just need to know how many minutes have passed since the bell."

Looks up at the girl and nods, Handing her a small poket watch with a smile.

Janis twisted the watch around to read the time. She normally wouldn't be in such a hurry except the music teacher had asked her to see him in the class room. She couldn't stay after school and so she had hoped to do it before. It had only suddenly occurred to her after the bell rung. She had about five minutes left.

"Thanks." she said and ran off forgetting about the watch still in her hand. (xD)

*Takenya turns around, watching as Janis leaves, whining as she jumps up and down, flailing her arms around as she jumps, screaming for Janis*

'JANIISSS!! YOU'RE LEAVING ME HEREEE!?'

Sara is standing at her locker, looking at all the new people. She finally gets her locker open on the 4th try. She then pulls a plastic bag out of her backpack. She pulls several magazine clippings and printed pictures out of it. She giggles to herself as she tapes them onto the door of her locker. She looks around again, hoping that no one is thinking that she is crazy.

"Sorry. Sorry Kenya! I have to. Don't worry, you will be fine finding your classes!"

Now that teachers were appearing in the hall more frequently, Janis was forced to a fast walk and every time she was forced slower and slower by the crowding of students, tension built. Finally she reached the music room but since she could only see a crowd of students outside of it, she figured the teacher wasn't there yet. Disappointed she took notice of the watch still in her hand.

"Oh crap." she said. She had run off without thinking and she didn't even know the person she got it from. How was she gonna give it back?

Sara quickly shuts her locker and sprints to her music class, where she sees a lot of new people. She sees one girl, looking quite troubled. She walks up to her.

"Is everything ok?"

Janis looked at her and shook her head still in a hurry. Class was going to start soon. "No. I just. I need to give this watch back and I have no idea who it belongs to." A bit flustered from the trouble of it all, she just sighed lightly under her breath and shrugged.

"I'll just find out later."
